USPS postage calculated for your basket.
We ship to US addresses and calculate USPS Ground Advantage postage from the items, quantities, package measurements, and destination ZIP code in the current basket.
How the postage quote works
Checkout combines all accepted items and quantities into one basket package, applies supported cold-pack weight when needed, resolves the USPS zone from the destination ZIP code, and shows the resulting postage before payment.
- Shipping orders require a complete delivery address.
- Changing an item, quantity, or address requests a fresh quote.
- If required product measurements, a USPS zone, or a supported rate are missing, checkout stops instead of estimating a charge.
What happens after checkout
Every order receives a public order ID and enters a review step before fulfillment begins. This protects the handoff details and gives the team a final opportunity to verify the order.
- Save the order ID shown after checkout.
- Use order lookup for the latest customer-facing status.
- Tracking details appear with the order when they become available.
Availability source
Catalog availability reflects current supplier inventory and products that can be procured promptly; it is not a promise that every unit is already on an Akechi Inc. warehouse shelf. Availability is checked again before checkout.
- Supplier stock can change between browsing and checkout.
- Held or no-longer-available lines must be removed before payment.
- Chocolate remains eligible when the item has sufficient package evidence; cold-pack weight is included conservatively when needed.
Address changes
Changes are most likely to be possible before fulfillment begins. Look up the order first and reference the exact order ID and requested change.
- Confirm spelling, unit number, and postal code before checkout.
- Do not send payment information in a service request.
- A requested change is not final until it is confirmed against the order.
Delivery concerns
For a missing, damaged, delayed, or incorrect handoff, keep the order ID and affected product details together. Photos of damage and the original packaging may help with review.
- Identify the affected product and quantity.
- Retain packaging until the review is complete when practical.
- Food safety concerns should be reported before the product is consumed.
Frequently asked questions
When will I receive a delivery estimate?
A fixed delivery-time promise is not published. Use order lookup for the latest status associated with your order ID.
Can I change the address after payment?
A change may be possible before fulfillment begins, but it must be reviewed and confirmed against the order. Starting with order lookup is the fastest way to identify the current stage.
Is shipping free or a flat fee?
No. Checkout calculates the actual supported USPS basket rate for the destination ZIP code; it does not apply a free-shipping promise or a flat placeholder fee.
