Dark Cacao Nut Yogurt Bark
Dark cacao nut blend adds almonds, cashews, coconut and chewy fruit to a thin yogurt base. Freezing makes a crisp snack that softens quickly, so serve small pieces straight from the freezer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honeyWholesome: USDA Organic
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractMorton & Bassett: USDA Organic
1/2 cup dark cacao sprouted nut blend, roughly choppedLiving Intentions: USDA Organic- 1/4 cup blueberries, washed and dried
Amounts above are for cooking. Products are sold in retail packages; pantry extras may be needed.
Method
Line the tray
Line a small freezer-safe tray with parchment. Choose one that fits flat in the freezer, and dry the blueberries so surface water does not form ice crystals.
Sweeten the yogurt
Stir yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth. Spread in an 8-by-6-inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick on the lined tray.
Scatter the toppings
Distribute chopped nut blend and blueberries evenly, pressing gently so they adhere. Keep the layer thin instead of piling toppings in the middle.
Freeze and break
Freeze flat for about 3 hours until firm throughout. Break into eight pieces and transfer immediately to a freezer container between parchment sheets.
Kitchen tips
Chop large nuts before scattering so the bark breaks into manageable pieces.
Use thick yogurt; thin yogurt freezes into a harder, icier sheet.
Substitutions
Use thick dairy-free yogurt for a dairy-free variation and confirm the blend label has no milk ingredients.
For a nut-free alternative replace the entire almond-and-cashew blend with a suitable seed topping; check cross-contact warnings on every package.
Storage
Keep frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Serve directly from the freezer; refrigerate softened portions promptly and do not repeatedly refreeze.
Serving suggestions
Offer small pieces on chilled plates and eat promptly; this bark is not suitable for packing without a freezer pack.
Make ahead
Make the bark up to 2 weeks ahead and keep frozen. Portion while firm so you can remove only what you need.
