Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables, Ocean’s Halo combines traditional ingredients like gochugaru chilis, garlic, and onion. Our kimchi is shredded which makes it more easily used as a topping, side dish, or in soups, stews, and fried rice. Use it as a spicy topping for rice, salads, veggies, sandwiches, and even on fries & burgers. Or as a flavorful ingredient for kimchi fried rice, Korean BBQ, kimchi pancake(kimchijeon), stir fry, wraps, and tacos!
