Eden barley malt syrup is made from certified organic sprouting barley to create a concentrated syrup using our ancient method. Our traditional malt syrup is made from usa grown barley and can be used to replace honey and molasses in recipes. Each 20 ounce jar of barley malt syrup is certified kosher.
