Scottish oats are more like traditional porridge oats: smooth, creamy and delicious! Many years ago, Bob visited Scotland to learn the art of stone milling at the historic, water-powered Preston Mill. Today, we create Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal using the same authentic techniques.
