- Shipping: USPS to all 50 states, DC, US territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout; there is no free-shipping threshold, and delivery dates are estimates, not promises.
- Returns: request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened unless they arrived wrong, damaged, or defective. Akechi pays return postage for its own errors; otherwise the buyer does. Refunds are issued 3-7 business days after the return is received, to the original payment method.
